Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have financing options available through Synchrony Bank for larger projects.
How soon can I schedule service?
Generally, we schedule non-emergency services about 2 weeks from the date of request. Other more critical services (e.g. loss of heat or water) can be completed the same day depending on the type of service required.
Do you offer any warranties for the units you install?
New HVAC replacement units or installs typically have a 5-10 year general manufacturer warranty. We also offer an optional labor warranty that can be purchased, if desired. All of our work is all guaranteed to be completed to industry standards and without faulty workmanship.
Do you replace household appliances such as refrigerators?
We perform service on the conduits that appliances connect to such as water lines, hosing, or electrical wiring but we don’t sell or service the actual appliances themselves.
Maintenance
How often should I replace my water heater?
Water heaters should be replaced every 8-10 years.
Do you have recommended maintenance schedules?
HVAC heating systems should be serviced once per season in the fall and cooling systems once per season in the spring.

Do I need to be onsite while you work?
There’s no need for you to be onsite during service provided we have access to all areas of the worksite that require service (garage, basement, etc.)
